Service Description
Day 1: Strength and Conditioning for 1 hour, 2nd hour will be ball work Day 2: 2v2 and 3v3 mini round robin with the winners taking home rings If you can only make 1 day please reach out to us.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
The sessions will be on agreed upon days and times. If for any reason you need to cancel a session you can cancel 24 hours in advance and reschedule 1 time. If a cancellation is made between 3-5 hours the day of the scheduled training time, a $15 charge will be applied. If a cancellation is made 3 hours the day of the scheduled training time no refund will be issued. When booking individual and group packages the month or 2 months can only be adjusted by 1 week if an issue arises and cannot get all sessions in within the allotted time. We ask that you please do not record the training session. Thank you
